![]() ![]() At least that works.Īs the N Xenon ship would come closer, it obviously started to attack one of my 10 S Fighters (not necessarily the squadron leader). Moving the squadron leader around, I can see its fleet following it without issue, with arrows icons surrounding the squadron leader confirming that all members of said fleet (squadron) are indeed following their leader as expected. Choosing another formation would not yield any results: the fighters would simply not move at all !! At least, that's what the map is showing to me. Regardless of the chosen formation, all fighters would assume various / random position around their squadron leader. As said before, I was nowhere near them as I was in a different sector. Using the cheat mode, I spawn a N Xenon ship right in front of them. While I thought that giving the fleet leader role to one of my S Fighter was working just fine, as I was watching them striking down Xenons in order and in proper formation, the same could not be said when I was away, that is in another sector, thus cancelling the "rendering" of the battes on-screen and going back to basic simulation.įor the sake of tests, I have moved my squadron in empty space and set 9 of them to intercept as alpha for the last one (as I have 10 S Fighters). Watching such young pilots dying pointless death, at some point, I won't be able to take anymore.ĭear Community, I have yet another sad story to report. The only way I get the to attack is open map, right click and choose "attack all in range".īut, when you have like 5 Zenon P's rushing to you, there is hardly time to do that before your ship goes into fume ! My game isn't much modded except for the cheat menu and some nice sound & music modes where one of them disable that horrible repeating war soundtrack. Joke & funny story (I hope :) ) aside, I believe I must be doing something wrong. That sure makes the scenery all the more interesting to this young fighters, right ?Ĭom'on ! You guys are in the Alpha Attack group and yet YOU DO NOTHING ?!. ![]() Very well and in a very, somewhat, noble way: sitting duck, getting hit and dying in horrible explosions and without pulling the trigger even once. "Are you, now ?" *flipping my table* "Resist" ! ![]() What the heck ? And as you'd guess it, one got hit: I open the map and there I see the stupid for what they are: for some reasons, my spearhead became some jollyriders enjoying the scenery. Are they dead already ? Was I too cocky ? Dear me what I have done ? 10+ millions gone, pff, just like that ? I look around desperately, worry as sick. Why am I the only one attacking ? Where is my spearhead ? Where are my primed young Argon fighters - pun intended ? Then I went to attack a small group of Zenon nearby for a good warm-up and see what's what.Īs I approach them, I target one of the Zenon and engaged it at full speed. Make me proud ! The Zenons shall fear us as we strike them down in a haze of bullets and lasers!" "Lads, you are going to form my spearhead. I bundled them into my fleet, using map > box select > right click on me > attack > alpha. Well, my call for war worked and I ordered them 10 high grade S Figthers from an Argon Warf. "Lads, we're in business, let's kill off some Zenons and rip the benefits. ![]() You see, at Argon Prime, they are a lot of young fighters ready to take my shilling and do my bidding. Your help might even prevent the death of oh so many young fighters. I hope I am doing something wrong because this is getting very bad very quickly. ![]()
